Kevin Miller is a Co-Founder and
Principal of Exeter Partners, LLC. He is responsible for
all aspects of acquiring, financing, and disposing of properties
throughout the western United States. Mr. Miller has acquired
and disposed of over $400 million of commercial property.
During his career he has formed long lasting relationships
with institutions, principals, lenders, and brokers alike.
Prior to Exeter Partners, Mr. Miller was the Managing Director
of Acquisitions and Dispositions for International Capital
Partners, LLC (ICP) for five years. At ICP, he was involved
in all acquisition, financing, and disposition activities.
Prior to ICP, Mr. Miller spent two years as a Market Analyst
for Banc One Capital Markets where he researched various
REIT and hedge fund investments. He also served as Senior
Consultant with Arthur Andersen where he was responsible
for analyzing investment managers and portfolios for the
private client group.
Mr. Miller is in the process of obtaining his CCIM designation.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Arizona
State University as well as graduated from Harvard Business
Schools Real Estate Management Program. Mr. Miller is a
member of National Association of Industrial and Office
Properties (NAIOP) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He
also serves on the Executive Council of the Boys & Girls
Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix.

Mr. Ceran is a Co-Founder and Principal
of Exeter Partners, LLC overseeing the asset management
division and is accountable for the on-going management
and leasing as well as due diligence and acquisition of
new properties. Mr. Ceran’s objectives are to execute
the initiatives stated by the investment strategy; upon
achieving optimal performance, Mr. Ceran is then responsible
for disposing of the asset.
Prior to Exeter Partners, Mr. Ceran was Managing Director
of Acquisitions and Dispositions for International Capital
Partners, LLC an Arizona based private equity real estate
investment firm. There, Mr. Ceran was responsible for $500
million in transactions as well as serving as an asset manager
and leasing broker.
Mr. Ceran received a bachelor’s degree in political
science from Arizona State University. Upon completing his
degree, Mr. Ceran spent a year working in Istanbul, Turkey,
for a Private Equity Fund. Probil, a $30 million emerging
market fund, focused on the mergers and acquisitions of
IT companies, as well as site selection for the development
of an IT campus in Istanbul.
Mr. Ceran is a member of NAIOP, ULI and ICSC. He is currently
working on obtaining his CCIM designation.
